I Put Having A Family On The Backburner... And Focused On My Career!

Who would have thought something so simple, every morning would make such a difference?

 

 See, I was one of those women who decided to put all of my energy into having a successful career and putting marriage and family on the back burner.  

Ten years later, all of my friends had children and most were married.  

Because I was so focused on my career, I ignored my boyfriend's conversations about marriage and family for years.  

We were traveling whenever we wanted and were enjoying our lives to the fullest. 

That all changed one day when my mother asked me when I was going to get married and give her some grandchildren.   

I Decided To Settle Down And Have A Family...

I guess that was the wake up call I needed. 

We got marriage and start having children right away because my biological clock was ticking. 

Giving birth to my three children is the greatest joy I’ve ever experienced but the after effects, not so much. 

I quickly went from 125 to over 220 within three years.  

Everytime I had a child, it got worse.

  I was done having children and all I could think about is how much I miss the old me.  

I felt like a stranger in my own body. 

After The Kids I Couldn't Shake The Weight With Diet & Exercise Alone...

I didn't recognize my own reflection, and when I would see photos of myself, I wanted to cry.

Year after year, I struggled and tried everything that came on the market. Nothing worked.

Everything changed when I made a spontaneous decision to stop in the hair salon as a walk-in client. 

I was under the hair dryer when I overheard the woman sitting in the next chair talking on the phone. 

She was talking about her transformation and she looked amazing!

My life is so much more exciting for the first time in years. 

I was a hesitant, but now a believer!
